Salary: 8-10 LPARole Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional to lead monitoring and implementation efforts across mental health programs. This role will focus on developing monitoring tools, ensuring high-quality programme implementation, and enabling data-driven decision-making through robust tracking systems.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in monitoring frameworks, field implementation, and working closely with programme teams to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:1. Monitoring Tool Development
- Design and develop monitoring tools such as checklists, scorecards, audit formats, and assessment instruments
- Create data collection tools aligned with program objectives and evaluation frameworks
- Develop SOPs for monitoring activities and field audits
- Design and configure digital/mobile-based data collection systems and workflows
- Ensure tools are user-friendly, reliable, and contextually appropriate
- Map data collection tools to programme outcomes and indicators
- Ensure alignment between indicators and data collection processes
- Regularly review and update indicators based on program evolution
- Monitor data collection frequency and quality for timely reporting
- Track implementation across multiple sites to ensure adherence to protocols and quality standards
- Conduct regular field visits and monitoring audits
- Monitor progress against timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and implementation gaps in real time
- Coordinate with programme teams to resolve challenges and ensure smooth execution
- Analyse deviations between planned vs actual implementation and outcomes
- Identify root causes of underperformance and implementation challenges
- Prepare detailed monitoring reports with insights and recommendations
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders
- Present findings to senior management and programme teams
- Document key learnings and best practices
- Supervise and mentor field executives
- Plan field monitoring schedules and audit calendars
- Conduct training sessions on monitoring tools, data collection, and quality assurance
- Build capacity of programme staff in monitoring and documentation practices
- Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous learning
- Ensure data quality through validation, verification, and cleaning processes
- Establish data quality protocols and conduct regular audits/spot checks
- Maintain monitoring databases and dashboards for real-time tracking
- Collaborate with evaluation teams to integrate monitoring data into broader frameworks
- Use data visualization tools to track progress and performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Team leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Willingness to travel extensively (40–50%)
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse or vulnerable populations
