  • Liaise between Product Management and offshore team to ensure clarifications and prioritization of requests addressed in a timely manner.
  • Assist Product Management with stories and requirement gathering.
  • Lead team grooming sessions.
  • Assist Product Management with managing backlog.
  • Perform testing and analysis of software escalations to document problem statements and next steps to resolution Partner with software development teams (Development, QA, Product Management) for resolution of client issues.
vi. Communicate status of escalations and partner with client-facing teams to ensure timely responses for our clients.
  • Proactively identify and implement process and software improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain software escalation data and utilize data analytics tools to communicate opportunities and problems.
  • Facilitate and assist in the coordination of software releases and release documentation Assist with documenting workflows as needed.
x. Manage several small-scale projects concurrently Ad hoc duties as required.
xi. Able to work in flexible timings to adopt with US clients.Requirements/Qualifications:Require a certified account practitioner.
  • Experience in the Financial domain .
iii. College diploma required.
iv. Experience in Finance, Accounting or Accounting certification preferred.
v. Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
vi. Visio experience preferred.
vii. Basic understanding of database and APIs preferred.
  • Ability to build and organize database queries.
ix. Strong analytical skills.
x. Highly organized and proactively looking for ways to contribute and improve.
xi. Ability to take direction and ask questions is a must.
xii. Experience with process definition methodologies preferred.
xiii. Demonstrated desire to learn and apply new technical skills.
xiv. Ability to absorb written and verbal information and deliver responses in a concise manner.
xv. Ability to effectively understand and communicate with others.
xvi. Ability to apply critical thinking to complex problems and propose alternative solutions or approaches.
