Projects delivered on time with minimal operational disruption.
Improved coordination between engineering and support teams.
Reduced backlog of operational action items.
Clear visibility into risks impacting production and delivery.
Strong trust and credibility with SRE and support organizations.

Qualifications:Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience as a Technology Project Manager or Technical Project Manager.
Direct experience working with:
SRE teams OR
Production Support / Operations teams (L1/L2/L3).
Strong understanding of:
Production systems and live service environments
Incident, problem, and change management
Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
