- Deliver annual customer marketing & activation plans that drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Build strong partnerships with key airport retail and operational stakeholders.
- Lead customer engagement through immersions, trade shows, and activations.
- Collaborate with agencies to deliver launches and global customer activity.
- Oversee and optimise promoter/brand ambassador performance.
- Audit retail outlets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and customer agreements.
- Identify opportunities for additional promotions and visibility within outlets.
- Manage and monitor A&P budgets effectively.
- Proven experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, or activation within FMCG, ideally in travel retail.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering world-class consumer experiences.
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent project management skills.
