  • Implement and manage sales systems, specification programs, and channel strategies defined by the organisation to ensure consistent pipeline development and successful project closures.
  • Lead and manage a regional project sales team to achieve sales targets across commercial segments.
  • Collaborate with dealers, strategic accounts, and internal sales teams to drive project-based growth.
  • Identify and assign new project opportunities through market intelligence and lead tracking.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans with measurable milestones and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.

  • 12+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or interior solutions.
  • Strong regional market knowledge and experience working with dealers and channel partners.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and retain high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging architects, designers, and end-users.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across domestic and international markets for project development.
