- Drive regional growth by leading and developing sales avenues to secure large-scale commercial and institutional projects through engagement with architects, designers, PMCs, and contractors.
- Implement and manage sales systems, specification programs, and channel strategies defined by the organisation to ensure consistent pipeline development and successful project closures.
- Lead and manage a regional project sales team to achieve sales targets across commercial segments.
- Collaborate with dealers, strategic accounts, and internal sales teams to drive project-based growth.
- Identify and assign new project opportunities through market intelligence and lead tracking.
- Develop and execute regional business plans with measurable milestones and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
- 12+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or interior solutions.
- Strong regional market knowledge and experience working with dealers and channel partners.
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and retain high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging architects, designers, and end-users.
- Willingness to travel extensively across domestic and international markets for project development.
