Following processes set out in the SOPs, Researchers verify information provided by Candidates and input the outcome of their work into a client-facing report. Researchers are expected to follow processes in a professional and timely manner, adhering to guidelines from their Supervisors regarding required productivity and quality standards. This role covers both entry-level and experienced Researchers and includes verifications conducted in English and Turkish, with Turkish proficiency being a mandatory requirement for this position.Responsibilities

You will be responsible for verifying educational and employment backgrounds of candidates in dedicated countries for our clients. You will use English and Hebrew daily.
You will be making telephone calls, writing emails, and using our systems as well as conducting database checks to verify details and prepare reports.
You will also be supporting other areas of the business with translation of various documents.

Qualifications

Very good command of English and Hebrew
No prior experience required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills, including online research, MS Office, and other applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Keen to learn
Team player with ability to use initiative
Service-oriented attitude
