telecalling executive

• Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
• explaining the project details to the new prospect clients according to their requirement
• handling the customer queries and problems.
• making 300 cold calling per day with strong follow ups
• Managing the calling report daily in excel sheet
• Daily targets should should be achieved by calling 300 cold calling and generating the qualified leads.
• updating the qualified leads to the sales team for meetings and site visits.
• Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in any field.
• You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Pre-sales or Telesales role.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships with senior level executives
• You have working knowledge of cold calling, convincing ability, call etiqute, inside sales, target oriented, ms excel, strong follow ups, customer handling, good communication and warm calling
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
