- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Manage and drive sales through channel partners and Individual service providers
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs, wishes and concerns
- Create demand from Klüber Lubrication products by showcasing the value these products and service are able to offer to the customers
- Understand and interpret technical requirements of the customers and thereby recommend the right lubricant solution to the customer.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, customized to the needs of the particular customer
- Do benchmarking of products and solutions against competition and also study market trends.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Capture visits, opportunities, reviews and other relevant reports in the CRM tool
- Forecast and work closely with sales support and planning team to ensure availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Manage customer accounts, grow an existing territory
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining aware on industry trends, product results, market activities etc.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams as required
- Other Duties as assigned
- Graduation in Mechanical/Automotive and full time MBA in Marketing with 1+ year of experience in sales
- Experience in Market research
- Experience in handling sales through Channel partners
- Ability to travel locally and nationally extensively
- Good hold over English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi
