Senior MYP Coordinator - IB Curriculum Leadership - K-12 IB School - 6+ Years - MumbaiThe MYP Coordinator leads the effective delivery of the IB Middle Years Programme by driving curriculum excellence, pedagogy, and IB compliance.   • Drive curriculum planning, unit development, and alignment with IB standards and practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of School and faculty to enhance pedagogy and student learning outcomes.
  • Manage IB documentation, authorization processes, audits, and consultant visits.
  • Facilitate teacher collaboration, professional development, and promote international-mindedness across the school.
Requirements: * Recognized teaching qualification with relevant academic leadership experience.
  • Proven teaching experience in IB schools, preferably across the Middle Years Programme (Years 7-12).
  • Strong understanding of IB MYP curriculum framework, assessment practices, and authorization processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and a strong commitment to IB philosophy and school values.
