- Lead the development of high-impact proposals and solution narratives for large integrated deals including stitching the solution value proposition combining domain, data, AI
- Work closely with Insurance Solutioning Leaders, sales, delivery, and subject matter experts to shape and articulate solution strategies tailored to client needs.
- Translate draft solution visions and technical constructs into concise, visually impactful client-facing slides and executive summaries.
- Apply a minimalist, visual-first approach to proposal and presentation design—prioritizing clarity, brevity, and storytelling.
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable content assets, including case studies, solution overviews, and pitch decks.
- Ensure all content is compliant with RFP requirements and aligned with brand and strategic messaging.
- Edit and refine content for tone, grammar, and consistency, while maintaining a strong client focus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in proposal writing or solution development. Insurance industry experience is preferable.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, persuasive content.
- Adept in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for research and content development
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint; experience with proposal automation or content management tools is a plus.
- Independent working and managing in a multiple stakeholder environment to create visually appealing and CXO facing proposal documents
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Familiarity with APMP best practices or certification.
- Expertise in content creation through premier pro, illustrator, Photoshop, power point and MS Word
- Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of business presentation design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with global teams and navigating multi-geography proposals
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate flexibility to meet critical and time sensitive deliverables.
- Familiarity with insurance value chain and knowledge of product lines such as personal auto, home, commercial lines, specialty lines , life, Group and workers’ compensation
- Relevant certifications such as APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals)
