- Develop and execute the business strategy for the Automotive Aftermarket & Distribution business in alignment with defined key initiatives
- Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive threats to gain market leadership.
- Oversee the division's P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Ensure accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive product adoption, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies tailored to various customer segments
- Foster strong relationships with senior management of customers and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical departments and R&D to innovate and introduce new products or services in line with market demands.
- Drive product lifecycle management, from concept to launch, ensuring that the portfolio remains competitive.
- Align with Operations team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Provide mentorship and career development opportunities to direct reports and key team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, R&D, operations) to achieve business goals.
- Engage with key external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, government bodies, and industry associations.
- Present business performance and growth plans to executive leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.
- Masters/bachelors degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket and/or B2C industrial sales, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role. Experience in Automotive OE spares business will be given preference.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and strategic planning within the automotive aftermarket and/or B2C industrial sector.
- Experience in managing teams and driving organizational change.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of automotive market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

- Full-time, based at Pune or Delhi
- Travel may be required, both domestic and international, for business meetings, partnerships, and events.
