We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor with 1–2 years of experience to the internal audit team of L&T. This role will support the audit process from planning through execution and reporting. The candidate will work under the guidance of senior auditors to evaluate internal controls, ensure compliance, and contribute to improving operational efficiency. The role also includes regular travel to various project sites and offices.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and conducting internal audits across departments and project locationsPerform fieldwork including data analysis, control testing, and process reviewsDocument audit findings, support in drafting reports, and contribute to recommendations for improvementsSupport follow-up activities to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendationsCollaborate with various departments to understand processes and identify control gapsMaintain organized audit documentation in accordance with professional standardsTravel to project sites and offices (approximately 10–12 days per month)Qualifications:Chartered Accountant1–2 years of experience in internal auditing or related field.Basic understanding of internal controls, risk management, Auditing & Accounting StandardsStrong analytical and communication skillsEagerness to learn and grow in the internal audit fieldWillingness and ability to travel regularly (around 10–12 days in a month)
