HR Executive - Female

• Roles & Responsibilities (Female)
• Assist the HR Department in the management of day-to-day tasks.
• Co-ordinate with HR Consultants and candidates for recruitment.
• Positing job ads on different job portals and short list resumes.
• Assist payroll department by providing employee information on leaves and employee benefits.
• Managing statutory compliance ESI & PF other as per laws.
• Admin Activities Housekeeping & Pantry Organize,
• Compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
• Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
• Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
• Update company policies and FAQ Documents in lieu of Director/VP of HR Maintain confidentiality of internal documentation.
• Respond to emails and calls on behalf of the department.
• Arrange team meetings and conferences.

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, MBA in HR 3 -5 years of experience in HR & Admin field. Experience in apparel/textile manufacturing industry

• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software.
