- Partner with management and other key stakeholder to process confidential data transactions and time sensitive actions.
- Manage Human Resources support requests, while meeting specific service level agreements.
- Coordinate with various teams to prioritize and solve Human Resources queries utilizing multiple platforms, such as inquiry system and phones.
- May also act as process owner for assigned processes.
- Responsible for maintaining functional process documentation including work instructions and knowledge articles.
- Educate and train partners and individuals on Human Resources tools, processes, and policies.
- Create reports and conduct research to identify system discrepancies and perform correction(s).
- Regularly review and analyze performance metrics (quality, turnaround time, and volume), creating and driving corrective actions as necessary.
- Utilize basic continuous improvement methods to recommend process and customer experience improvements.
- Participate in testing of new systems or tools and/or enhancements of existing systems.
- Support multiple functional areas. May also be a subject matter expert in one or more functional areas.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to team and management.
- May participate in projects.
- Use quality management system to actively manage quality and compliance to business standards.
- Perform additional related tasks and duties as needed.
- You will work independently with little to no instruction on daily work, and only general instructions/direction on new assignments.
- You will regularly analyze non-standard complex issues demonstrating expertise in communications, training, change management, and project management.
- You will proactively identify; process, project, and customer experience risks to leadership.
- You will prepare and present to executives with minimal guidance on a regular basis.
- You will develop and maintain expertise in cross functional areas and external partners to analyze end-to-end process impacts.
- You will utilize expertise across multiple CI methodologies to drive cross functional improvements and efficiencies.
- You will actively participate in improving our team's performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity, as appropriate.
- This role will report to the Manager Aligned
- Leading and influencing others in cross-functional regional and global projects to drive change and efficiency.
- Help champion change in the Core to Exit employee life cycle.

Minimum of 3 years operations experience. Independently manage work profile | Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills. | Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point). | Ability to work across different time zones and regions. | Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work. Able to multi-task, manage projects, and handle daily operational tasks simultaneously.
