Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas - Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and loading onto the aircraft - Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Assist with boarding and disembarking procedures - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights - Maintain a clean and organized airport environment - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Basic computer skills - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Prior experience in the aviation industry is an asset but not required We welcome freshers to apply for this position as we provide comprehensive training to all our employees. Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
