Job Description:Job Title: Salesforce DeveloperDesignation: Sr. DeveloperLocation: Mph-DLF IT PARK, Chennai, INJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Cloud Development and DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring security and compliance throughout the development lifecycle. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and solutions tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize Cloud DevSecOps practices to ensure secure and efficient deployment of applications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
Implement automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to enhance development processes.
Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

Proficient in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Strong knowledge of Cloud DevSecOps principles and practices.
Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly in a Salesforce context.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools for cloud applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Salesforce and Cloud Development are a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
