Collaborate within project teams, providing guidance and mentoring to colleagues while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Lead the completion and coordination of MEP design packages, ensuring programme, cost, quality, and Health, Safety and Wellbeing deliverables are achieved.
Manage interfaces between packages and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and wider delivery partners.
Identify risks proactively, developing and implementing mitigation plans to safeguard project outcomes.
Apply technical expertise in modern methods of construction, supporting innovation in digital technologies and prefabrication.
Contribute to project strategies and standards, working collaboratively to advance the net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management.

You’ll need to have:

Degree qualification is essential with 15-20 years experience.
Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
