- Own the end-to-end EV product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition to launch and in-market optimization.
- Define and maintain the EV product roadmap for International Operations, prioritising India while ensuring scalability across other markets.
- Build strong product business cases aligned with HUB and market priorities.
- Partner closely with India market teams to capture customer needs, usage scenarios, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate market insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Ensure product relevance, compliance, performance, and user experience standards are met.
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure cost, quality, and time-to-market targets.
- Partner with marketing and sales to support product positioning, launches, and enablement.
- Actively manage trade-offs across cost, complexity, performance, and speed.
- Own product KPIs (e.g. time-to-market, adoption, cost competitiveness, margin).
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement post-launch using market feedback and performance data.
- 7–12 years’ experience in product management / product ownership.
- Experience in EVs, electrical products, energy management, or related technology categories.
- Strong exposure to fast-growth and regulation-intensive markets (India experience preferred).
- Proven ability to operate effectively within matrixed, international organisations.
