Key Responsibilities
- End User Support Oversight: Responsible for all end-user support operations across all TPL locations covered under the contract.
- Service Delivery Management: Ensure service delivery strictly adheres to agreed SLAs.
- Task Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor engineers' tasks, review progress, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Torrent IT.
- Advance Planning: Share weekly advance activity plans with TPL IT for upcoming tasks.
- Resource Availability: Ensure engineer availability across all locations; arrange equivalent replacements if any engineer is unavailable, as per contract terms.
- Reporting Compliance: Deliver all required reports to TPL IT in a timely manner.
- Training & Knowledge Upgrade: Arrange regular training sessions for engineers, including updates when new technologies are introduced.
- Certification Requirement: Team Lead must hold ITIL certification.
- Asset Inventory Management: Review IT asset inventory and provide monthly inventory reports to TPL IT.
- Call Analysis: Prepare and submit monthly call analysis reports to TPL IT.
