Beam Suntory career is to witness the impact you can have.Role Responsibilities1) Implementation of sales strategy and subsequently sales and marketing activity calendar.
2) Deliver sales volume, NSV, product mix, and gross / net margins by keeping track of supply and demand,
changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor's activities.
3) Drive sales operational requirements & reporting; following up on results versus targets.
4) Actively undertake account management and development of existing customer base
5) Drive sales development initiatives like Visibility programs, Distribution expansion and efficiency building programs.
In addition, help the immediate manager in designing / recommending market development initiatives basis competitor
activities and market intelligence.
6) Ensure receivables are within agreed company norms, Credit Control is implemented while planning sales for the month and beyond.
7) Play an active role in resolving any customer service-related matters, conflicts and escalate any issues to
immediate manager for timely resolution
8) Drive sales automation programs and data analysis using latest IT tools for superior resultsQualificationsQualifications & Experience
- Graduate/MBA with at least 10 Years' experience in Spirits & Beverages Sales
- Entrepreneur Approach
- Capability to create Innovative Solutions
- A proven track record in sales
- Team player with proven record of conflict management, problem solving & relationship management
- Knowledge of and experience in the alcobev industry (trade, excise laws & distribution) will be preferred
