Beema1 is located in Kolkata, India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Insurance Advisor at Beema1. The Digital Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing consultative advice to customers in the area of insurance, ensuring that their needs are fully met. They will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing and following up on claims, and promoting the Beema1 platform to prospective clients. Qualifications Experience in the insurance industry Knowledge of finance and insurance products Consulting and customer service skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts to customers An outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for helping people Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field prior experience in insurance selling is a plus
