We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven candidate to join our team, with a focus on offline sales within the medical education sector.This role involves daily visits to medical colleges to establish strong relationships, promote our educational courses, and engage directly with students.The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with daily travel to various campuses.Roles & Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by engaging directly with medical students.- Make regular campus visits and establish strong relationships to expand market reach.- Engage with student groups, clubs, and other relevant student communities within medical colleges to broaden your network and enhance visibility of the educational courses.- Adapt to the changing needs and trends among medical students, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance outreach strategies and improve sales efficiency.- Collect and analyze data from different offline resources to identify potential student leads.- Collaborate with campus ambassadors to maximize reach, brand visibility, and lead generation.- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns within medical colleges, targeting student groups and communities.Qualifications and Skills Required:- .Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum 2 years of experience in offline sales, preferably in education or a similar sector.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students.- Flexible and adaptable to different working environments within various colleges.- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a positive attitude towards offline sales.Additional Benefits- Additional allowances for travel-related expenses.- Opportunity for career growth within the company.- Training and professional development opportunities.Brajesh Kuma (ref:updazz.com)
