Responsible for order placement timing, supply / demand alignment, material replenishment and supplier performance4. Control and monitor expenses against approved budgets5. Develop sourcing strategies6. Cost saving budgeting and targeting7. Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management8. Maintain contracts with vendors9. Review inventory and update as required10. Receive orders from various departments11. Initiate and keep track of orders12. Receive, inspect and distribute orders13. Reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with supplies.14. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate prices on a regular basis15.
