Description:CTG is seeking to fill a XRM Support Developer (Jr. to Mid-Level) opening for our client.Location: Remote
Duration: 12 monthsDuties:Serve as the first point of contact for XRM-related questions and issues from internal users and stakeholders.Troubleshoot basic to moderately complex issues, escalating to senior development staff as necessary.Interpret business needs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Provide guidance and clarification on XRM functionality, configurations, and limitations.Document common issues, resolutions, and create internal knowledge base content.Collaborate with senior developers to streamline communication and ensure effective resolution of requests.Assist with testing, validation, and minor configuration updates within the platform.Skills:1–3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM platforms (or similar CRMs).Familiarity with form customizations, workflows, and basic configurations.Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to translate user needs into technical language and vice versa.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).Basic knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or CRM plugins.Familiarity with Agile or ITSM environments.Experience:Junior to mid-level experience supporting and configuring XRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.Experience providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and documenting solutions.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:

Pay offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market conditions, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
