The position of Team Leader/Sr. Bridge Engineer is the key position in these BIDs. Missions/Main Duties:

Oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment across design, construction, and quality functions.
Evaluate bridge design elements, structural calculations, and drawings for accuracy and compliance with standards.
Monitor construction activities to ensure work meets technical specs, safety norms, and project timelines.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government bodies to streamline decision-making and resolve issues.
Prepare progress reports, maintain engineering records, and assist in technical submissions.

Profile/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, post- graduate degree preferred.
Min. 25 years of professional experience
Min. 15 years' experience in planning, design & for construction supervision of highway and bridge projects in ICB contract.
Minimum 5 years' experience as Team leader in similar bridge projects in EPC / Design-Build contract.
Experience in Extra-dosed bridge design preferred.
Must have work experience in similar kind and size of project.
