- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for PNG, CNG, and LPG industrial/commercial sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and key accounts.
- Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract closures with large industrial and commercial customers.
- Manage product pricing strategies, commercial terms, and long-term agreements.
- Expand the customer portfolio by developing strong pipelines and consistent conversions.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry trend mapping.
- Identify potential industrial clusters, high-consumption customers, and new geographies for expansion.
- Collaborate with technical/operations teams for feasibility studies and onboarding of new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, consultants, EPC contractors, government bodies, and industrial associations.
- Work closely with regulatory authorities where applicable.
- Develop partnerships to support revenue growth and brand visibility.
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales & BD teams to achieve high performance.
- Drive KPIs, sales processes, pipeline governance, and performance reviews.
- Implement sales training, capability building, and performance discipline.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of escalations.
- Oversee customer onboarding, billing, commercial documentation, and compliance processes.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, budgets, and performance presentations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, contractual, and internal compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Petroleum) preferred.
- MBA in Marketing / Business Management desirable.
- 12-20+ years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
- Minimum 8+ years in industrial/commercial sales of PNG / CNG / LPG / Energy / Utilities / Industrial Gases / Oil & Gas.
- Proven track record in leading teams, closing high-value deals, and driving revenue growth.
