What's the gig?We're not looking for someone to just manage client relationships, we want someone who owns them. This role is for a strategic thinker, a proactive problem solver, and a people person who can build trust, spot opportunities, and drive growth across our key accounts.What you'll be doing:- Build and nurture long-term relationships (think trusted advisor, not vendor).- Deeply understand client goals : today, tomorrow, and the ones they haven't thought of yet.- Collaborate cross-functionally with tech and ops to ensure seamless delivery.- Identify growth opportunities within accounts (yes, upsell/cross-sell-done right).- Be the client's voice internally : advocating for their needs, loudly and clearly.What you bring to the table: 3-5 years in account management, client success, or similar client-facing roles- Experience in iGaming/ SaaS is a strong bonus- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell with strategy and empathy- High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills- Excellent written and verbal communication (emails, calls, Slack-you nail them all)- A calm, solutions-first mindset : even when things get messy- Comfortable working across time zones and with remote teams (ref:updazz.com)
