Read more about ourTo know more about ExxonMobil in India, visit and the .Job will be based at Bangalore, Whitefield office ( WFO) for 5 days in a week.What role you will play in teamIn this role, you will support the global GBS organization by designing, implementing, and/or sustaining standardized, efficient business processes and digital solutions that drive process excellence. Your work will uncover inefficiencies, enhance productivity, and promote platform adoption across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify value opportunities, translate business needs into actionable insights, and implement process mining and automation solutions. Through impactful communication and stakeholder engagement, you'll help drive continuous improvement and value capture.What you will doKey Responsibilities:

Identify Value Opportunities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and ideate value opportunities within various operational units.
Translate Business Demands: Convert business requirements into actionable IT / digital deliverables and develop process mining solutions.
Solution Implementation: Deliver and implement solutions in and around the Process Mining and Automation according to agreed roadmaps and sprint plans, ensuring accurate testing and validation before release.
Process Improvement: Provide actionable insights into business processes, focusing on improvement impact and value generation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business stakeholders to develop solutions that lead to productivity gains and compliance strengthening.
Platform Adoption: Drive the adoption of process mining platform within the organization.
Communication: Create and share customer success stories and produce internal communication materials.
Identify Value Opportunities - Core to the role; discovering where Process Mining can drive measurable business impact.
Translate Business Demands - Essential for bridging business needs with technical solutions.
Process Improvement - Delivers the insights that justify and guide transformation efforts.
Solution Implementation - Ensures the delivery of working, validated solutions that realize identified value.
Stakeholder Engagement - Critical for alignment, buy-in, and successful adoption of solutions.
Platform Adoption - Supports long-term success by embedding Celonis into business operations.
Communication - Important for sharing wins and driving awareness, though more supportive in nature.

About youRequired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following fields: 1. Engineering (Industrial, Computer Science, Mechanical, etc.), 2. Business Administration or Management, 3. Data Analytics or Data Science, 4. Computer Applications or Information Technology, 5. Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
Certifications: Celonis Certifications (via Celonis Academy) - Celonis Data Analyst Certification, Celonis Data Engineer Certification, Celonis Business Value Architect Certification (if available); BI & Data Tools Certifications: SQL and Python programming certifications; RPA Tools.
UI Path Developer Certification (or equivalent); Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2; Business Process Modeling: BPMN or similar process modeling training
Led business and digital transformation projects with strong project/change management skills
Proficient in Celonis Process Mining (Case-centric & OCPM)

Preferred Skills / Experience:

Skilled in RPA solutions (UI Path). Strong data engineering background: SQL, Python, ETL, data modeling, relational databases.
Knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM); quick to learn PQL, YAML
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; KPI development and performance analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills; advanced facilitation and active listening.
Professional English proficiency-written and spoken, for technical-business communication
Effective across organizational levels; collaborative team player
Experience in multicultural/international environments
Familiar with Task Mining; Skilled in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); Awareness of business process modeling (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) in modern BPM Tools
Tableau or Power BI certifications; Agile/Scrum certifications (optional but beneficial).
Experience in Global Business Solutions (GBS): OTC, S2P; Supply Chain, Maintenance & Operations; Business Domain knowledge welcome
