ResponsibilitiesHighly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the design and development of telecom OSS applications The ideal candidate will be a Telecom OSS domain Subject Matter Expert (SME), adept at understand process flows and automation use cases for network management and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Drive Design and develop Telecom OSS applications. Act as a Telecom OSS domain SME, understanding process flows and automation use cases for efficient network management and troubleshooting. Liaise effectively with IT and Operations teams of the customer to identify business pain points and work with Architect to propose solutions to reduce operational costs. Organize and conduct workshops with business and operational stakeholders for requirements gathering, analysis, and solution architecture definition. This includes providing a detailed breakdown of deliverables to address customer problems/requirements. Review high-level and low-level software design documents for the proposed solutions, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness. Provide accurate estimations for the development and implementation of the proposed solutions. Drive Design and develop OSS applications that empower the customer operations team to manage the applications via a Low-code/No-code interface, enhancing usability and efficiency. Demonstrate solid, proven experience in driving the design and development of Activation, Network inventory and resource order management applications, showcasing previous successful projects. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Telecom OSS/BSS domain, with a strong portfolio of successful OSS applications development. Go to have : Good understanding of L2/L3 Networking protocols Extensive experience in working process flows, automation use cases, and solution architectures for telecom networks. Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with customer IT and Operations teams, understanding their challenges and providing effective solutions. Experience in conducting workshops for requirements gathering and analysis with various stakeholders. Proficiency in reviewing detailed software design documents, both high-level and low-level. Skilled in providing accurate estimations for solution development and implementation. Expertise in assisting developing OSS applications with Low-code/No-code interfaces. Solid background in Activation, Network inventory and resource order management application development.
