- Serve as the primary interface between customers, Sales teams, and internal Delivery teams during presales engagements.
- Track and manage incoming RFPs through the RFP dashboard.
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to validate RFPs and support GO / NO GO decision-making.
- Prepare a Proposal Response Plan by identifying tasks, contributors, and timelines.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure proposal-related tasks are completed within defined timelines.
- Structure and consolidate proposal content to create clear and compelling client-ready responses.
- Develop high-quality sales proposals, commercial documentation, and technical responses highlighting cost savings, business benefits, and value propositions.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of solutions provided in response to RFPs and RFIs.
- Translate business requirements into solution concepts by collaborating with technical and delivery teams.
- Support solution structuring and value articulation during proposal development and client discussions.
- Create and maintain a structured RFP repository, solution repository, and reusable knowledge assets.
- Coordinate with onsite Sales teams to develop solution collaterals such as case studies, solution briefs, and white papers.
- Conduct client presentations, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions when required.
- Provide regular status reporting to the Reporting Authority regarding proposal progress and activities.
- Follow organizational quality and operational processes related to presales and proposal management.
- 4+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, or client-facing IT roles.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to independently run client discussions.
- Techno-functional understanding of enterprise applications and digital transformation solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into solution concepts.
- Experience in solution structuring and value articulation.
- Hands-on experience in RFP / RFI analysis and response preparation.
- Strong business process understanding within enterprise environments.
- High-level architecture understanding of enterprise technology landscapes.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work with both business and technical teams.
