Diagnosis
Analyze and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
Update diagnosis reports in the workshop management system
Perform and inspect repairs based on customer requirements
System Handling
Track customer complaints and update systems in real-time
Operate workshop management and customer relationship systems
Monitor scooter health for thorough diagnosis
Technical Repairs
Possess in-depth knowledge of OLA scooters
Perform comprehensive repairs and replacements on scooters
Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news
Process and Operational
Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre
Manage invoicing, payment collections, and workshop bays
Maintain service bay cleanliness and serviceability
Parts Operation
Audit and reconcile inventory
Manage inventory and warranty part logistics
Perform goods receipt and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre
Safety and Compliance
Adhere to uniform and protective gear requirements
Properly handle tool kits and firefighting equipment
