Customer Innovation - Industrial Bakery will be responsible for product development and applications related to large scale bakery clients in line with the strategic and tactical needs of AAK and in close dialogue with relevant stakeholders. Job Description: Responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing of new and improved products, processes and applications Offer new proactive activities, reflecting the needs and priorities of the global and regional strategies. Co-manage the opportunity pipeline together with sales (led by sales) and ensure active opportunity management and pipeline leadership Active member of the India-Go-To-Market team in developing and driving strategy and tactical value propositions of our offerings Support the application development and solutions, as well as be a part of R&D team for developing New Products and prototypes. Responsible for proactively providing the needed customer innovation support within the Indian Business segment Accountable for the robustness of solutions from lab to pilot to production, as well as efficient sampling to customers. Type of knowledge, experience & skills required: 5 - 10 years of experience in a role in bakery industry. Concerned individual should have an experience of working in R&D bakery set up, industrial bakery set up of various dry and moist baked goods such as cookies and cakes, etc. Fluency in English Language is a must. Ability to interact with cross functional teams and drive collaboration.
