- Execute the long-term growth strategy for the India business, aligned with global company objectives and board priorities.
- Identify and develop new gaming, media, and entertainment IP opportunities targeting India's Gen Z and millennial audiences.
- Lead the development and expansion of the company's gaming ecosystem, including new IP development and a complementary gaming marketing agency.
- Hold full P&L responsibility for the India business, including revenue growth, profitability, and EBITDA performance.
- Build and scale multiple revenue streams, including:
- Brand partnerships and sponsorships
- Gaming marketing and agency services
- Gaming IP and media monetization
- Events and tournaments
- Content and creator-led activations
- Develop strong relationships with global brands, gaming publishers, media companies, and platform partners.
- Identify new business and product opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate market growth.
- Oversee the growth and expansion of flagship gaming IPs such as the company's college gaming league, scaling participation, viewership, and brand engagement.
- Lead the creation of new gaming and entertainment IPs targeting different segments of the Indian gaming audience.
- Drive innovation across campus gaming, influencer tournaments, and entertainment formats.
- Lead the growth of the company's gaming marketing agency division.
- Build strong partnerships with leading brands and game publishers seeking to engage India's gaming audience.
- Oversee the development of creative campaigns, influencer marketing, gaming activations, and branded content initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team across strategy, sales, marketing, operations, and partnerships.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Implement best-in-class operational processes and performance frameworks, including OKRs and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key stakeholder engagements.
- Build strong relationships with platform partners, game publishers, creators, brands, and esports organizations.
- Act as a thought leader in India's gaming, esports, and digital entertainment ecosystem.
- 8-10+ years of leadership experience in gaming, media, entertainment, digital marketing, sports, or consumer internet businesses.
- Proven experience managing P&L and scaling high-growth businesses.
- Strong network within brands, agencies, media platforms, and gaming or entertainment ecosystems.
- Experience building commercial partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in fast-growing organizations.
- Deep understanding of youth culture, gaming audiences, creators, and digital communities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
