Primary Skill 18+ years of strong experience in design, analysis, development, and implementation of various Oracle HCM Cloud applications including at-least 5-6+ years of experience as a specialist in Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management (including Taleo), Absence Management, Compensation and Payroll (US/UK) Experience in Oracle Fusion business process configuration, Workflows, Security and other required configurations. Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle. Ability to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levels. Ability to interact with customers, and communicate with IT, HR Ability to develop and prepare scripts for Data migration/Interfaces to Taleo using Taleo Connect Client (TCC). Appropriate Cloud certification(s) will be a must and will carry a weightage. Ability to mentor and groom team /competencies. Onsite-offshore working experience will be a big-plus. Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good Experience in System Integration and user acceptance testing of the solution from Functional aspect. Should have good understanding of Procurement & Finance table structure. Must have good understanding of OUM model. Should be able to interact with customer business/IT teams & convey the solution. Should have experience in performing as-is assessments & suggest to-be processes/functionality. Secondary Skill Skills & Experience: 15+ years of strong experience in Oracle HCM domain. Bachelor's degree required. Appropriate Cloud certification(s) will be a must and will carry a weightage. Behavioural & Collaboration Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional, and multi-cultural teams. Interest and Initiative to learn.
