Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and scalable architecture. Build expertise in the RAN domain and mentor team members to elevate technical depth. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Hands-on experience with Ember.js or similar frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Strong backend development skills using Golang or Python. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated eagerness to learn and work with cutting-edge technologies. Background in 4G/5G radio technologies and RAN domain is a significant plus. Understanding of telecommunications and cellular networks.
