An American multinational business software company that specializes in financial software. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, California. The Client's products include TurboTax's tax preparation application, the personal finance app Mint, the small business accounting program QuickBooks, the credit monitoring service Credit Karma and the email marketing platform Mailchimp.Essential Job Functions:
- Work with staff and clients to create long-term relationships and understanding of emergency contingencies.
- Train and raise awareness about disaster planning and specific concerns and issues.
- Work with specific teams to organize plans, define roles, and test for compliance.
- Test and evaluate crisis management and data recovery plans.
- Create, update, and implement lifecycle and disaster recovery plans.
Required Skills:
- Maintain Business Continuity program resources including training materials, exercises, shared risk assessments and business impact analysis.
- Track program KPIs and update program dashboards Review third party business continuity risk screenings Identify critical functions across client and ensure that business continuity strategies are in place to reduce the impact of an incident or crisis.
- Act as a partner for business continuity management for requests from Internal Audit External Regulators Customers Partners
- A dynamic, highly motivated thought partner to develop a clear vision and strategy to deliver comprehensive Business Continuity programs along with the ability to execute
- 2+ years of progressive leadership in the field of emergency response, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity.
- Incident management and business resilience knowledge
- Deep capabilities with best in class technologies and tools
- Proven ability to drive results and demonstrated to provide cross functional coordination
- Ability to provide clear, transparent leadership and engagement Outstanding change management capabilities
- Demonstrable record of delivering critical solutions within tight time frames, with multiple stakeholder groups, and competing priorities
- Deep strategic capabilities combined with being detail-oriented and hands-on Ability to evolve business continuity strategy based on research, data, business direction, and industry trends
- Skilled at using data driven approach to develop goals and influence decision making
- Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills
- Minimum 7yrs- 10 yrs experience in executing Business Continuity and Disaster recovery.
- Project Management, Business Continuity, Incident management Emergency response, Disaster Recovery, and business resilience.
