This role involves working on residential and commercial spaces, preparing 3D sketches, and delivering end-to-end design solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop interior design concepts and space planning layouts.
Create 3D sketches, renders, and detailed drawings using SketchUp, Revit, and AutoCAD.
Work closely with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and preferences.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and vendors for seamless execution.
Prepare BOQs, material boards, and presentations for approvals.
Keep track of design trends, materials, and innovative solutions.Required Qualifications2–5 years of professional interior design experience.
Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
