Require a Manager – Supply Chain in Mumbai

• Design and model supply chain network configurations to support strategic business objectives

• Analyze demand patterns, lead times, transportation costs, and inventory levels to identify optimal network structures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, sales, and finance to align network design with business needs

• Utilize advanced analytics and simulation tools to evaluate the impact of proposed network changes

• Lead the implementation of network optimization initiatives, including facility location, capacity planning, and distribution strategies

• Monitor and report on network performance metrics, driving continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain network design, logistics planning, or a similar role

• Proficiency in network modeling tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Llamasoft, Python, or Excel-based optimization models)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in global, cross-functional environments
