Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager

• Oversee all sales and development aspects within specified area.
• Coordination and management of other team members.
• Reporting to head office, on a specified basis.

• Have handled a team of 20+, should be excellent in team coordination and follow up.
• Should have handled an Asset under Management of 10 cr and above.
• Should be able to travel minimum 20 days in a month.
• Should have adequate knowledge of cropping pattern and agricultural trends.

• Should be competent in creating projections/planning for sales and distribution

• Field development (should have worked progressively for field development activities, generating demands at base level).
• Should have adequate knowledge about Organic Fertilizers & pesticides.
• Should have adequate knowledge about Channel development (dealer / distributor Model –should have appointed/managed distributors/dealers in each of the aforementioned states).
• Adequately equipped with computer skills (Presentation, Word, Excel, E-mail, etc) budgeting, sales plan and other necessary documents.
• Updated with latest trends in fertilizer market.
• Should have adequately knowledge about impact assessment of fertilizer usage.
• Preferably worked with Govt. Organisations.
• Should have decent experience of logistics, warehouse, and operations.
• Should be adept in creating own team.
