- Identify and connect with CXOs across target companies in India and the US.
- Use your current network to build new business opportunities.
- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline and drive it to closure.
- Manage and grow key accounts.
- Build trust and strong relationships for repeat business.
- Represent the company at events, tech summits, and CXO roundtables.
- Strengthen brand visibility through networking and partnerships.
- Work with the leadership team on go-to-market plans.
- Share insights about the market, clients, and sales trends.
- Coordinate with delivery and marketing teams to align efforts.
- 10 to 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development.
- Active connections with CXOs (especially CTOs and CEOs).
- Experience in closing large deals (valued at $250K or more).
- Strong knowledge of IT services and consultative selling.
- Willingness to travel within India and to the US.
- Experience working with US-based clients or markets.
- Familiarity with industries like fintech, healthcare, or IT services.
- Prior experience in growth-stage or fast-paced startups.
- A leadership role with direct access to decision-makers.
