Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of our IBP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP IBP modules (such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, Control Tower) and experience working on end-to-end IBP implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support full-cycle SAP IBP implementations and rollouts
- Configure IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, etc.) based on business requirements
- Integrate IBP with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and external systems
- Conduct business workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Develop and deliver training to end users and support teams
- Work closely with supply chain stakeholders to align planning solutions with business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve IBP-related issues
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience
- Strong understanding of at least 2 of the following modules:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Optimization
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Control Tower
- Experience integrating IBP with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- Proficient in CPI-DS, Excel Add-In, and Fiori apps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- SAP certification in IBP is a plus
