- Support Digital Transformation Initiatives: Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of digital solutions for F&A processes including RPA, AI, and data analytics.
- Process Assessment & Optimization: Analyse existing finance & accounting workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Project Coordination: Manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of digital transformation projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, technology teams, and internal business units to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Support creation of dashboards and reports to monitor transformation KPIs and project performance.
- BRD & Project Compliance: Ensure thorough documentation of processes, changes, and solutions as per organizational standards.
- 4-7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting domain, with exposure to digital transformation projects.
- Understanding of F&A processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Record to Report.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and familiarity with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience in coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and supporting delivery teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prior experience working in F&A transactional processes within a BPO/GIC environment.
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma & able to apply the concepts
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
