We’re Hiring | Video Support ExecutiveLocation: Bhopal, Madhya PradeshSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per monthWe’re looking for a Video Support Executive to deliver an excellent customer experience by installing and servicing SMART KIT devices in tractors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, technical troubleshooting, and working closely with customers.Key Responsibilities:

Install and service SMART KIT devices at customer locations

Provide video-based technical support in coordination with the technical team

Identify and resolve on-site technical issues

Train customers on product features and mobile app usage

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification

0–3 years of experience (Freshers welcome)

Proficiency in Hindi and the local language

Good communication and customer-handling skills
