Chemistry / B.Sc. Chemistry (M.Sc. preferred)Experience: Minimum 8–12 years in Quality Control within chemical manufacturingPrior experience in Agrochemical / Specialty / Industrial Chemical industry preferredKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of analytical techniques (GC, HPLC, UV, Wet Analysis, etc.)Hands-on experience with ISO systems and auditsLeadership and people management skillsExcellent documentation and communication skillsProblem-solving and decision-making capabilityWorking ConditionsPlant-based role at JhagadiaExposure to laboratory and manufacturing environmentsMust follow all safety and EHS guidelines
