We are searching for a Group CIO for a world renowned Home Textiles Manufacturing company : Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and manage an IT budget that aligns with the organization's strategic goals while optimizing costs. Monitor and control IT spending to stay within budgeted limits. Establish and manage financial metrics to track IT costs as a percentage of revenue. Develop and execute a strategy to enhance the coverage of business processes through IT systems. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. Ensure successful completion of IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Develop and enforce IT security policies, conduct regular audits, and implement security controls to protect the organization's digital assets. Respond to security incidents and breaches effectively. Implement redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery strategies to maximize system availability. Monitor system uptime and performance, and swiftly address any downtime or service interruptions. Manage and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers. Develop and execute a roadmap for infrastructure upgrades and modernization. Qualifications & Skills: A bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Project Management Professional (PMP). Extensive experience in IT leadership roles, ideally in the textile manufacturing or related industry. A deep understanding of IT systems, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex IT challenges. Proficiency in managing organizational change, especially during digital transformation efforts. Ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with IT vendors. Skill in identifying and mitigating IT-related risks. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices to protect digital assets.
