Talented associate to work in Global Purchasing Support Groups with an ability to influence internal & external stakeholders with Prompt and Proactive Support on Purchasing Support projects keeping commitments on the SLAs, TATs, and deadlines.Role and Responsibility:1. To support Indirect Purchasinga

To manage Engineering, and Prototype spend/Purchase.

· To manage IT, HR , and Admin purchase· Follow up with suppliers for quotes, discuss with suppliers for the commercials.· To close PR on time , monitor supplier performance , follow up for on time delivery.· Manage relations with the stakeholders and be a customer advocate for all the assigned global purchasing support areas.· Actively participate in the Process and System enhancement activities.· Drive continual improvements to automate the manual activities wherever possible.· Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.· Establish rules and procedures for presenting the data, trends, and dashboards with internal & external stakeholders.2. Standard Operating Process (SOP) Setup and Process Improvement

Constantly search for and seek out improvement of Purchasing and practices that eliminates non-value-added activity and incorporates relevant best practices.

Self / Peer Audit effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives.

3. Work effectively with all the concerned teams, functions

Develop, Maintain, and enhance relations with the stakeholders. Understand all stakeholder/internal customer requirements.

Forecast growth opportunities, prepare roadmaps, and build capabilities for future readiness.

What we are looking for from your past experienceExperience requirement:1. Must Have’sa. 7-8 Years of experience in handling Purchasing activities and Indirect Purchasing functions.b. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.c. Strategic Purchasing mindset and strong basics in Supply Chaind. Very good presentation and Documentation skillse. Technicali. Need to have hands on experience in tools like SAPii. Hands on in Microsoft office toolsf. Skills required.i. Ability to work independently.ii. Outstanding interpersonal skillsiii. Confident and reliableiv. Willingness to multitask and take new initiatives.v. Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills2. Good to have: Preference would be given to candidates with belowa. Good to have experience in SRM toolsb. Exposure to Spend Analysis and Cost Savingsc. Knowledge of BI tools and analytics.Educational Qualification requirement:Bachelor’s degree in engineering in any stream.The associate should have the flexibility to work in shifts that may range from 6:30 am-3:30pm or 3:30pm to 11:30 pm OR in regular India working hours.
