Employment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Process Specialist to join our Fund Integration Team (FIT). This is a techno-functional role focused on onboarding and integrating both closed-ended and open-ended fund structures across multiple fund accounting platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in fund administration and technology, with strong hands-on knowledge of systems such as Geneva/Paxus/Efront/Yardi/AllVue/Investran.The role involves managing client onboarding, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, streamlining integration workflows, and driving automation and reporting enhancements. - Lead client onboarding and fund integration projects across closed-ended and open-ended platforms
- Act as a techno-functional liaison between clients, onboarding teams, and technology teams
- Review fund documentation and translate requirements into system configurations
- Perform data mapping, migration, and reconciliation across platforms
- Write and maintain automation scripts and reporting templates to improve onboarding efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention
- Ensure accurate setup of fund structures, fee models, and investor allocations
- Support audit and compliance documentation related to fund onboarding
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on system usage and integration best practices
- Maintain SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- 12+ years of experience in fund administration, integration, or financial systems
- Strong techno-functional expertise across Geneva/Paxus/Efront/Yardi/AllVue/Investran
- Proven experience in onboarding, data migration, and automation/reporting development
- Solid understanding of closed-ended and open-ended fund structures and operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and scripting/reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
