Job descriptionHIRING FRESHERS - , Experienced- 20-30 KWork Location- Mumbai, - Pick up & drop Facility will be provided.- 5-Days working (2 Rotational and Split offs)- Willingness to work in Rotational ShiftsKey Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound phone calls to engage leads and provide information about our courses, services, and benefits.- Address inquiries and concerns, guiding leads through the decision-making process.- Ensure timely follow-up and engagement with leads to maximize conversion rates.- Maintain a record of all communications and interactions with leads.- Analyse lead data and campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing content and campaigns.- Work closely with the teams to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine our approach.- Identify and research potential leads generating opportunities through various online channels, including social media, websites, forums, and industry-specific platforms.- Any other activity allied to the business that the management may want to be added.Technical Capabilities required:- Keep CRM data up-to-date and accurate.- Track and report on lead conversion metrics and KPIs.- Generate reports and insights to create marketing and sales strategies.- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and organize leads, communications, and interactionsBehavioural Skills required:- Ability to pay strong attention to detail.- Work requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Must be fluent in written and verbal English communication.CompensationSalary Base Pay : 2,55000 to 4,00,000 PA/-Contact Details:To apply Whatsapp your cv or Call ASAP (ref:updazz.com)
