Inviting applications for the role of a Business Analyst - Edison HealthLink Installation Engineer. The ideal candidate will have an excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, The role requires understanding the network of physical objects- &ldquothings"&mdashthat are embedded with sensors, software, and other technologies for the purpose of connecting and exchanging data with other devices and systems over the internet Responsibilities . Networking Experience (Routing/VPN connectivity/Tunneling/Firewall). . Experience in SAAS (to setup virtual machines/applications/software). . Checking the Pre-requests for site Readiness before FSE reaching site. . Guiding FSE on pre-installation, EHL Hardware installation procedure. . Remote support for installing & configuring server . Remote support for installing & configuring the 2P/3P applications based on the subscription package of the customer. . Ensuring server is connected to back office via Insite-RSVP or on open internet and provide connectivity troubleshooting remote support if required. . Actively support technical escalations across all regions for EHL server, diagnosing hardware/software issues, network issues, Kubernetes pod level issues, etc. and escalating to next level of support post preliminary assessment . Updating & maintaining the day-to-day installation activities & development in installation tracker. . Intermediates excel level expertise. . Hardware registrations and support transfer to end user location (installed location of EHL server) to ensure seamless hardware support by HPE. . Monitoring Planned Maintenance schedules and EHL certificate expiration. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications . B.Tech/B. E in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Telecommunication or Mechanical. . BCA/MCA, B. sc/M.sc IT (Information Technology) . Linux Basics (Users, file navigation, vi editor, mounting iso, etc.) . Kubernetes knowledge . Excellent communicate in English , in both written and oral forms . Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment (Beneficial). . Basic knowledge of excel and word (Preferred intermediate). . Good understanding of networks and generic terminologies. Key competencies . experience in a Technical Support process (Enterprise or consumer) . Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in a remote infrastructure support environment . Knowledge on Networking concepts . Excellent communications skills in English and ability to work with calmness under stress . Ability to coordinate with different stakeholders efficiently Preferred qualifications . Extensive knowledge of Networking Solutions - Datacenter and Edge. . Ability to effectively communicate technical issues, prioritize them and enjoy working with customers. . Strong customer orientation, excellent phone etiquette and work ethics.
