This individual should be self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an account coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. He/She should be comfortable influencing customers, backed by a strong understanding of the customers business objectives and the capabilities of the firm's solution and should strive to make the Customers technology investments successful in achieving the intended objectives.Responsibilities :Sales and Sales Process Management :- Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.- Analyzing the requirements of clients, their pre-requisites and objectives- Submission of business proposal & closure of the deal- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers.- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around firm's Services.- When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.- Attending Enquiry calls- Generating leads from daily enquiries and telephonic follow-up calls- Calling the clients and ask for their requirements.- Co-ordinating the execution of the training feedback and related activities.Account Management :- Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.- Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.- Identifying new clients and managing interaction over the phone and introducing our company.Updating the existing clients with upcoming new offerings.- Consultation with existing clients to meet their specific needs and requirements.- Developing extensive mailing lists to announce the launch of new offerings.- Organizing marketing activities in your accounts.- Maintaining customer relationship by conducting various activities such as sending greetings and mailers on festive occasionsIdeal Candidate- BE, BSc IT, MSc IT, MBA (desirable)- Strong verbal and written communications skills.- Decent Cloud Solutions orientation (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google cloud computing)- Good presentation, interpersonal and selling skills- Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand.- Must be target driven.
